Thai Massage is simultaneously deeply relaxing and energizing (if you don’t like being zoned-out post-massage, this is the technique for you!).
Sessions take place on a mat on the floor, fully clothed (no oil or lotion is used). The therapist will use their body to move your body through a series of yoga-like stretches, while applying palm, thumb (and sometimes foot or knee!) pressure along the body’s energy (Sen) lines.
Developed over 2500 years ago, Thai massage is rooted in the Ayurvedic medicine of India, and further developed through the spread of Ayurveda and Buddhism to the Temples of Thailand. -

what people are saying
“As an occupational therapist (OT) myself, I am mindful of how the body moves, functions and heals. So when I needed body work for myself, I specifically looked for someone who was knowledgeable not only in physical structure but also in human movement and integration of body systems, someone who would look at the whole person and not just treat symptoms. Her professional knowledge is matched by her remarkable intuition, and the result is that sessions with her left me feeling truly restored. ”
-Grace
“After the birth of my daughter, it was a very stressful time and I endured a significant amount of back pain for about a month. I could barely get in and out of bed. However, after the therapeutic massage I felt almost immediately better! It was absolutely amazing-after about one week, I could do everything without pain.”
-Sarah
“Massage has really done wonders with our little Levi. He is so much more comfortable with his body. He loves being changed now, and his digestion is less problematic.”
